Leader Board

Welcome to the Bigatron Leader Board Program ("the Program"). This initiative enables registered and verified Bigatron users to earn commissions by referring new users to Bigatron, depending on the Investment Pools the new users invest in. To qualify for the Program, new users must invest in a Pool, thereby becoming Qualified Referees once they invest in any of our Pools. The Management of the Investment Pool will reward Registered and Verified Users by gifting them an amount based on their referral's investment in the pool, with the reward amount also determined by the user's leader board ranking.

By engaging in the Program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions ("the Terms"), which will become part of the Bigatron Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, please refrain from participating in the Program.

DEFINITIONS

Capitalized terms that are not defined here will have the same meaning given to them in the “Terms”.

“Registered & Verified User” – a user who completed the registration and verification process according to the General Terms of Service.

“Referrer” – a Registered & Verified User participating in the Program under these Terms. "Leader Board Link" – a unique link assigned by Bigatron to the Referrer to track Qualified Referees referred by the Referrer.

“Leader Board Link” – means a unique link assigned by Bigatron to the Referrer to track Qualified Referees referred by the Referrer.

“Referred User” – an individual who registered using the Referrer's Leader Board Link.

“Qualified Referee” – a Referred User who registers with Bigatron and invests in at least one of the Pools. Only successfully completed investments are accepted for a Qualified Referee.

“Profits” – gains made by a Qualified Referee by investing in an Investment Pool.

“Investment Pool” – a Pool actively managed by the Bots.

“Manager” – Titanswift Capital Ltd.

“Platform”the website https://bigatron.org.

ELIGIBILITY

An eligible Referrer must be a Registered & Verified User who completed the full registration and verification process according to the instructions presented on Bigatron. If at any time your registration and verification at Bigatron are canceled, you will immediately and automatically cease to be an eligible Referrer.

PROGRAM   PARTICIPATION

Registered & Verified Users of Bigatron have the opportunity to earn a reward for successfully referring other individuals to register on the platform. For clarity, Bigatron is not obliged to confirm the registration of any Referred User and may, at its absolute discretion, deny such registration.

To refer new users to Bigatron, you will be provided with a unique Leader Board Link, which you may send or provide to any eligible individual interested in joining Bigatron.

Any Referred User who registers with or otherwise uses Bigatron using the Leader Board Link provided to you will be identified in our systems as obtained through your reference and attributed to you as a Referrer.

Bigatron will not endure any responsibility for any Referrer who violates the applicable terms of law when sending the Leader Board Link.

REWARD (BENEFITS, PART OF OUR COMMISSION)

For each Qualified Referee attributed to you, you will earn a certain percentage of their pool amount (to be determined by your leaderboard ranking). You will always be able to see the updated sum of your rewards in your secured access to our platform.

Rewards will only be paid to an active Bigatron account. If the Bigatron account is deleted for any reason, your funds are safe but will not be accessible pending re-verification.

RESTRICTIONS

ou must not interfere with or disrupt the administration of the Program or engage in any action that may manipulate the Program. As a Referrer, you must refrain from:

* Making any warranties on behalf of Bigatron.
* Assuming any obligation of any kind, whether express or implied, on behalf of Bigatron.
* Using our intellectual property rights, except as explicitly authorized under these Terms.
* Violating any rules, guidelines, or instructions that we may convey regarding the Program.
* Interfering with or disrupting the functionality of the Platform.
* Submitting false, inaccurate, deceptive, or misleading information.
* Impersonating any person or entity or making any false statement regarding your identity.
* Engaging in any activity that constitutes or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable law, including laws governing securities or privacy.

TERM

The term of these Terms will begin upon your acceptance of the Terms and will end when terminated. Bigatron may terminate these Terms at any time, with or without cause, by giving you five (5) days' prior written notice of termination.

If you breach any of these Terms, Bigatron may terminate your participation in the Program immediately, and upon such termination, all your pending and future Transactions will be canceled.

Bigatron has the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel the Program at any time, to start a new Program, or to renew a Program.

INDEMNIFICATION

You will indemnify, defend, and hold Bigatron and its representatives harmless from and against any and all third-party claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including attorney's fees and costs, arising from or related to any breach by the Referrer of any of these Terms or any violation by the Referrer of applicable law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Bigatron will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, expenditures, or data) arising in connection with these Terms or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

DISCLAIMERS

We make no express or implied warranties or representations regarding the Program or a Referrer's potential to benefit from the Program. In addition, we make no representation that the operation of the Platform and the flow of benefits will be uninterrupted or error-free, and Bigatron will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
